Wonder what happened there? Reserved and ticketed about 3 weeks ago. 016 ticket number issued. Upgrade certificate applied and actually cleared. Seats assigned. Flight times showing.

It's very clear that incorrect ON flights don't post. Any suggestion on what I should do?
I have this question as well. A different upcoming reservation where the upgraded 2-cabin aircraft is showing ON instead of R. I am more concerned that the seat will not be available then fighting with UA later about mileage accruals.
Anyone with recent experience on what happens at the airport with this issue?...or recent luck in having the record cleaned up prior to travel?
