This is an archive thread, the active thread is [Consolidated]UA/Partner flights miles not posting?

If a United / United Express flight has not posted within 5 days, you may request missing flight credit
Go to the bottom of the page and sign-in into your account
You will need the e-ticket number.
Requests may be submitted up to 12 months after the date of your flight.

For missing flight partner credit you will need to wait 15 7 days.
For any segment operated by a Star Alliance partner airline, Aer Lingus or Jet Airway, you’ll need to enter additional information along with the ticket number.

For missing non-flight partner credit you will need to wait 8 weeks before requesting missing credit

UA claims I was a "no show" , cancelled rest of itin -- but I did actually fly!!!

They don't when they're pretty much factually accurate.

Maybe when they finally get their S together, these posts will go away.

What part of the post that says UA cannot post *A mileage is "factually accurate"?

Oh, I don't know, the never-ending posts of UA flyers talking about *A flights that are 1, 2, 3, months past due in posting, with no clear end in sight. Myself included.

I'm guessing you don't have any, so you probably can't relate.

No, I can't. All my partner flights have posted fine, within a week.

But apparently you and Passmethesickbag don't believe that's possible.

This year, not a single *A flight of mine has posted as they should have (this includes TK, LX, JJ, and LH flights). A few of them have eventually posted following robust correspondence; my signature will give you an indication of the magnitude of those that haven't. No offence, but extrapolating from your status, your annual experience would appear to amount to roughly 25% of mine.

In your opinion, what is an acceptable level of posting omissions?

Wife and I flew TAP from LHR-LIS. Niether of us had our flights post. I emailed scans of our boarding passed about 2 weeks ago. It wasn't TAP's cheapo fares, so i expect at least 50% credit (but i think i will get 100%, based on the price).

0%. But to say that United is incapable of posting *A miles is just a flat out lie.

When EUA was "broken" (as UA Insider later confirmed), some EUAs did still happen - broken doesn't have to mean 0%. The same situation applies to posting *A miles - enough continual issues have been raised (both before and after 3/3) to indicate that the process is, in fact, broken.

I don't care how many total flights it's been for all members. I do care that I have had to call in three times at an hour each (which is wholly unacceptable as a 1K) to get partner flights from LH and LX to credit to my account. All told with those, it's taken 21 days to properly credit (which didn't happen with one of the LX flights so I had to call in again to get fixed).

Ironically, the US flights I took this weekend took less time to credit to my account than the UA flights I took the previous weekend but I was prepared to wait the 14 days for partner flights to credit then call in.

I had an LH flight post as 50% miles instead of 100%. When I called, the agent said that this is a known problem they are working to resolve.

Finally got credit today for the BD flight. ^

Took over a month, but they did post correctly, too (500 mile minimum, etc.). Took 3 e-mails, 1 fax, and 2 phone calls.
