Less than a week ago I was able to book a RT award to visit my mother for Mother's Day. Today I was able to change it so that I can get in a little earlier in the day than originally planned. I think changing it via UA.com took around 3 minutes. SHARES!!!

At least for .bomb, you can set up a username to log in instead of your CO-style MP number. Your username can be an 11 digit string of numbers .

Have the UC switched to single ply toilet paper? Last week, noticed it at ORD and EWR. No worries, I just take 3 times the length and have 3-ply.

Got OALed from American onto United when the last leg of my TPAC went mech. It was UA1239 so it was an sCO bird. Cramped seats with loud colors, DirecTV begging me to give up $6 to watch, and engraved credit card pictures on the seat back?! What, is United the Ryanair of the US now? Thank god the flight was only 55 minutes...if I hadn't been too tired to care, I'd have been really irritated by it all! Oh, wait...

I was on the phone tonight with the overseas call center changing an award reservation for Mrs. Flavorflav.

Those guys are trained to use people's names a lot, but Mrs. Flavorflav's surname is different that mine. At one point, the agent said "OK, Mister I forget what your last name is..."

When people add an e to Premier as in "I'm a Premiere Platinum". No, you're a Premier Platinum!

At DEN, when you are waiting for the train from the C gates back to the United gates on B, the recording says "Please watch for passengers exiting the train" but at the C concourse the train is originating and hence there are no passengers to watch for.

I think you must have missed the smiley in his post...

Anyway, I agree that people saying "premiere" is infuriating. It's also weird, like people who mispronounce someone's name despite having heard it a million times. Like, can you not tell the difference?

On domestic F flights there isn't a selection of OJs with different pulp levels.

That must be the most miniscule complaint I can think of.
