This list on the GE website appears to have a complete list (including Canadian pre-clearance ports): http://globalentry.gov/locations.html

Anyone know of a list of Airports with Global Entry?
On the Global Entry site, I can only find the US Airports. |
Sorry if this has been covered - but I searched this thread and google first. I recently got a new Canadian passport. I updated my passport number on the goes site. Do I also need to go to a nexus office to update anything or am I done?

I lost my card :( Still waiting for the conditional pass for replacement.
Is it still possible to use the Kiosks at the airport or is that risky (Cause no Card)? On GOES it still lists the old Pass as "Active", I did report the card lost at the NEXUS office though. |

The NEXUS Information Thread
I travel through YYZ, and I'd say get asked for the card about 25% of the time by US per-clearance and never when entering Canada. Of course, the handful of times I've got randomly or needed to declare, get asked all the time.
I would never, ever use nexus without it. Clear rule violation - you'll lose Nexus if caught. They may already have you flagged if you don't have a currently active card. US-bound, however, if you have GE, you may very well be able to use that machine. |

I was reading and technically you don't need a card for GE. |

People have received varying responses from agents on this, from no, to yes. My personal experience was that when I went into the office to ask, the agent said you have to update it online but the next time you have an opportunity they would like you to stop in so they can take a copy of it. This was from a US agent at the Whirlpool Bridge in Niagara Falls, who took a copy of my passport.

Interesting experience today in PHL. Was rushing to get off my connection to a US PHL-YYZ flight, and got there just in time to board right away. Since my passport was in my bag, but Nexus card was more easily accessible, pulled that out to use instead of passport. Guy in front of me used his Nexus too - no questions, he went straight to board. Agent looks at my [exact same kind of] Nexus card, turns to the agent next to her, and asks if they can accept the Nexus card at boarding. He says, I'm not sure, and that he'll call to find out. He gets on the phone to some desk, so at that point, I just pulled out my passport and didn't wait to hear the result. Just seems odd it was accepted for the guy before me, but all of a sudden, it may not be acceptable when I use it.

For Sure, don't want to chance losing it.

I finally goes notice of my renewal approval after 8 weeks...
Now I have to book an interview time. I usually fly out of YYZ, and the next available time is July 11th. There are available times in Fort Erie and Niagara Falls for the month of May. I am thinking I'll drive down to Fort Erie to do the interview. If most of my travel is via Air, does it make a difference I have my interview at a car crossing like Fort Erie? Also, is there an Nexus interview office at the Sarnia crossing? |

How did you get your notice, was it by email or just checking to see how your renewal showed? I dropped by the YYZT1 office on Friday morning to have my new passport recorded (took less than 10-minutes wait) and mentioned to the agent I was still "pending" for mid-June. He said the Americans are very backlogged but my card (NEXUS) would be kept valid until my renewal was completed even if after my expiry date. Not sure if this would apply to GE though.

Here's all the offices; I see one at Port Huron which I believe is the Sarnia crossing: http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/prog/nexus/location-eng.html |
