Could be due to any number of reasons. The most common is that someone forgot to click on the "approve" button.

I was conditionally approved on October 17, with the interview last week, Approval October 25th. They were able to locate my juvenile arrest and brought it up, and they located the offense which I did not specify at the question since I didn't remember what I was charged with. The DHS official at the interview mentioned that the fact it has been over 10 years and the fact it was a misdemeanor offense as basis for the approval. Was able to use the KTN immediately (after removing middle name in my bookings) and got the Global Entry card today.

Are you still showing conditionally approved? If so, call the interview center and have them hit the approved button. That happened to me. If you got the e-mail saying approved, it may be just a couple more days before you receive the card.

My dad applied first in 8/11/19 and application was "Pending" until around 3/2020. Application was cancelled due to the pandemic. He applied again 7/2/21 and application is still "pending" 4 months later. Clean record and has traveled abroad numerous time. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is? Or if someone has a contact email or number to inquire what is the hold up?

There is no reason why, it is almost totally random. Same for renewals. Just be patient.

Had to RE- Apply for a FIRST TIME GE Enrollement for family Nov 12. (After having our applications cancelling in NY due to Trump ID issue)
Conditionally applied today for all 4, Nov 14.
Nearest airport in JFK and nothing is showing for interview.....the fun begins and I'll peruse the other thread about that.
