Success!!
Applied: Sept 2019
Conditional Approval: May 2020
Full Approval: April 2021
First time applicant to the TTP. I originally applied to the NEXUS program in September 2019 and was conditionally approved in May 2020. Trying to get an interview for NEXUS was just about impossible.
I moved from Kentucky to South Carolina last month and still had getting my interview done as a big to-do. I originally applied for NEXUS because I was going to Canada for work, but my new job was going to have me travel all over the world. I decided to bite the bullet and pay $50 more for Global Entry. Suddenly, there were tons of available appointments nearby (although they were scheduling out ~3 months). I found Blountsville, TN (about 3 hours from me) had availability this week. Interview was super easy and I left with approval.
Only took 1.5 years but I did it.

Has anyone here received a conditional approval letter coming from:
NTC-P TTV
-
Sterling, VA 20164
US
Instead of the usual address:
WILLISTON, VT
PO BOX 946
Williston, VT 05495
NTC is for National Targeting Center
P is for Passenger
I'm not sure what TTV stands for. Maybe Trusted Traveler Verification?
I'm curious...

Looks like everyone applying in 2021 is well under 90 days now, I got CA a few weeks ago and scheduled at end of May for interview in Austin.

Should have read this thread before applying tonight. We don't have enrollment centers in my state and the when it is open the nearest one is 3 hours away in Kansas city, 6 hours to STL or MSP. I was checking my pre-check expiration and noticed they have a pop up clinic in my home state next month only. Guess I won't make that. WOW EDITED TO ADD. Applied 5/18/21 evening Email with CA 5/19/21 late evening. Scheduled for OMA 6/2

I applied for first time on 4/28. I'm still waiting for CA. In the meantime my Pre-Check is going to expire on 6/1. Very annoyed with myself that I let all of this slip through the cracks, and waited so long. I'm definitely flying in August, but not sure about June or July. I've gotten so spoiled with Pre-Check, I'm not sure I want to fly until I get CA on Global Entry. I would have thought that already having a KT number through Pre-Check would help speed up my application, but I guess not.

Yes, as Hofstra posted I got an email saying there had been a change in my status and when I logged in I was CA. He posted the email it came from as well

I am not sure what causes the inconsistencies with the program. I do not know if it matters that I already had pre-check and have not had travel to a foreign country in the last 5 years other than Canada with the exception of a multitude of Caribbean islands which were by cruise ship so no passport travel was logged. I wonder if those that have extensive travel get vetted more?
