Error Retrieving Fare Rules [WDC-S-ERR]
 
Is anyone else having problems accessing Routing Rules?

Normally it works fine for me, but every time I've tried today (for a variety of routes and airlines), I get the following error message:
Error Retrieving Fare Rules [WDC-S-ERR]
[Host Fault] "MATIP timeout"

Any idea what is causing this? (Note I'm trying to check routing rules, even though the error message refers to fare rules. I can still check fare rules OK.)

(I've just installed version 6.9.8.R1/Diamond (on Win7) and everything seemed to be OK when I did the KVS internet connection test)

The Routing Rules system is temporarily unavailable -- this does not affect any other Fares-related functionality, incl. Fare Rules.

Have you actually received a JF card (and not just a regular M&M card)?

Have not received that yet. Never received a M&M card since I don't have any miles in the account (the full message says they will send you a card and pin once you have some miles)

Seat Map problem for UA Business Class
 
Hello,
Since a few weeks the seat map is no working any more for US Airways Business class on international flights (it is working for Economy class).
Error accessing the Seat Map engine (8501)
Example: flight 705 from FRA to CLT

I wonder if it is linked to the new business class rollout.

Is there a way to fix this?

Yes, June 1st is working but for example May 7th or April 23rd are not working.

Looks like there are issues between US and the system for C Cabin Seat Maps on certain flights/equipment types...

That message only applies to regular M&M cards. JF cards do not have any mileage requirements.

KVS availability is an incredible tool for flight and seat availability status, route, class and date. If you want its full access then you need to make a contribution to the developer of the tool. Most of the travelers find it very helpful for them.
