Where does the KVS tool get its data and is KVS authorized to provide this data in the manner it is presented?

The tool is known to access a variety of web sites, many in a manner that is not authorized. Please see the next section of this Wiki for a list of sites believed to be accessed and their data access policies (where known).

Additionally, under some conditions the tool appears to access sites via a KVS-operated back end. This means that the tool is not just a 'web browser' that runs via a user's machine. No detailed public information is available about how this works or whether any of this back-end access is authorized.

Intermittently over the last few days I have found the Sabre: Fares/DotRes is not showing premuim fares - see example

We are looking into this issue. In the meantime, try changing the POS option as a work-around or use the [Fares/PSH] / [Fares/ATP] Methods for non-RTW Fares:

Not at the moment, but you can use the dedicated [Previous/Next] Day button and keyboard shortcuts to quickly 'scan' availability across 7 (or more) days. Certain Methods (currently [Awards/AC-StarAlliance] & [Awards/VS]) also have an Award Calendar functionality, which will will show a list of dates with available Award Seats within a +/- 14 Day range.

I have a BA buy one get one voucher that I'm trying to use. Does KVS specifically have a way to search only BA metal for awards? Looking to purchase a membership, but wanted to double check first, thanks

Is is possible to have the software installed on two different computers for a single user? Or does your software only allow it to be installed on one systems for a user at a given time.
