It's an issue with the BA Engine and not your machine -- same search works in reverse:

Thanks, JL-OneWorld works fine. I am getting bounced on the Awards/OneWorld for my QF FF number (even though it shows correctly in settings.)

Will people PLEASE quit posting pleas for discounts for a service which is already so cheap. It's less than $3 a month for a Gold membership !!! Working OK for me. You have a 'w' missing in the URL although they've catered for that in their DNS entries so that either w.kvstool.com or ww.kvstool.com will work. There's no 's' at the end though.

1. it should be www instead of ww.

Typo in my post. I was clicking thru a google link (http://www.kvstool.com) but to no avail. Doesn't work going thru three separate internet providers (thru company VPN, on my personal connection, and via mobile phone).

It was OK for me when I responded earlier but now appears to be down for us as well. However, it's extremely unlikely to be related to the previous incident dated 5th November.

I'm seeing at least one C seat on this flight using Awards/StarAlliance, but AC-Staralliance doesn't show it, nor does a search at United.com. Am I doing something wrong?

Also, I'm having trouble with Awards/StarAlliance returning an error of:

"You have exceeded the maximum number of searches, permitted by this engine."

Is there a specific threshold for number of searches allowed in a certain period?

I chnaged computer systems, emails, and had a question requested customer servicve over a week ago and still waiting and I'm a diamond member. Are there any other services I should be looking at? Is this normal for their customer service?

Usually they reply within a few hours. Their webpage indicates there will be delayed responses to requests from Dec 16-24 but that all inquiries will be responded to by December 25th.

Whomever responded wasn't clear on that they told me to use my existing code until the 25th but of course that won't work in this case, new computer, different email. They should have just advised me that they would be unable to answer my email till the 25th.

I just signed up for Diamond level but my computer will not permit me to down load the program stating it contains a virus. Anyone have a problem like this?

We are currently looking into this matter, however, the threshold appears to be quite high as we are unable to replicate the issue on our end.

We have made the arrangements for all existing Registration Codes to continue working during that period (despite non-matching System Codes), as per the announcement that was posted on the KVS Tool Homepage.

I purchased a one-year Platinum membership and installed KVS on my Mac using Crossover. I quickly learned that Star Alliance award searches do not work on Crossover using the default method. The help guide notes that this is a known bug (in Crossover). The workaround is to change the method to [Awards/AC-StarAlliance].

This method requires a Diamond level membership according to a pop-up window. I would like to upgrade my membership to Diamond by paying the $15 difference, but I do not see that option.

As a side note, since this is a known problem, it would be helpful to note within the Mac/Crossover installation instructions that a Diamond level is required to access Star Alliance awards.

I'm pretty sure I've mentioned it many times in this thread haha, but VirtualBox is a favourite of mine to run KVS on Mac.

I am a Diamond-level member, and wanted to check Etihad award availability. However, every time I try to do any kind of search, I get:

It's an Engine issue -- try searching segment-by-segment instead.

*A Business class avails YYZ - FRA
 
I have to travel to FRA on 3 occasions over the next 6 months and i am looking for Business class discounted seats on Star Alliance carriers. When i select "fares - sabre dotres" i only get economy seats, whether i select All or Economy. When i select Galileo PSH, the only *A flight that shows up is US Airways. When i select ATP, it just times out with errors 12002 and 35756.
Search parameter is All Airlines. Departure dates are Feb 5, April 4 and May 13 ex yyz
When I change the search to AC, then all fares show up in Sabre - but it kind of defeats the price comping on *A

Not sure what i am doing wrong but any assistance would be appreciated
