You can scroll down to the FAQ page with the list of airlines and it shows you the method for each airline.

That's particularly true for U seats -- they're always "0" on the mobile version while the online KVSTool shows the number available. Will that glitch be fixed? |

Is there any way to search a number of dates at one time, rather than one at a time? I'm trying to get 2 seats YYZ-LHR in J using Aeroplan. I've plugged in a whole bunch of dates, but I only see availability in Y. Can I get the KVS tool to just look for the 2 seats in a specific date range, say June 15-30, rather than trying June 15, then June 16, etc...?

Any particular reason why when doing a CX F award search with the JL method from SFO-HKG, I can't get it to work at the 330 day out time line, and sometimes 329 doesn't work either. It's depressing how little space is available from all the west coast hubs in CX F...

Once again, the KVS Tool has nothing to do with your accounting software, but Windows Installer does suggest that you correct its installation. |

Got a new error that I haven't seen before.
The first time I do an Amadeus: Awards/M&M query after starting KVS, I get a dialog saying: Data Source Error [L1]: "Please log in or enroll as a new member" However, if I try the query again, it works fine. I have a true M&M account that even has miles in it, so it's not an issue of a temporary account. Logging into the M&M website works fie as well. Problem returns every time I restart KVS |
