Paid Contribution but NOT received registration code
I paid for a Diamond contribution several days ago and have not yet received a registration code. Like many others in this forum I did not receive a temporary code either.
After not receiving the mysterious 3rd email with the temporary code, I then wrote to you (via the contact form on the KVS application - the only means of reaching you??). I wrote to you twice, once after sereval hours and again after a day or so. Neither email received a reply. I am now several days into my subscription and I still have no access to the service I have donated/paid for. Nor, it seems, do I have any way of contacting you to resolve the problem. PS: I have checked my Spam and added KVS to all required safe sender lists. In any case, there is no "re-send email" button (as I commented in one of my earlier attempt to contact you. What am I supposed to do? Other than pursuing a cancellation through my credit card company? |

Hi there, I'm having the same thing. Unfortunately clearing all the MSIE cookies isn't an option for me (it's a corporate machine and I have to use IE for a lot of internal applications, I can't risk messing with the state of those). I am a brand new KVS user, and very unfamiliar with the product.
For the past 9 hours or so, I've been unable to retrieve routing rules. When I try, I get the following message: "Error Retrieving Fare Rules [WDC-S-ERR]: The requested Function is currently unavailable due to Engine maintenance. Please try again later. [HF-MTP]"

Another question, does this tool work as the departure dates get closer? For example, I am looking for F on CX and I know that at 7days out and eventually 24 hours out, CX will release inventory (most cases) The couple of times I have tried to do a dummy date (of tomorrow) it gives me a "Data source error"

A little help for a newbie please
I am fairly new to KVS. In the past I was able to use the ITA Award-Upgrade-UA method to look for R-class. Now I am getting an error message "Data Source Error L2". I followed the instructions to 1) add my MP and pin into the tool, 2) update my UA profile for expert mode, and 3) restart the tool. But it does not seem to work.
Is the ITA Award-Upgrade/UA method the only way to search for R-class via KVS? |

Here's one that's about to drive me nuts. AF availability shows up in a Flying Blue search in all POS, but not in a DL search. Any ideas? Will DL see the AF seats if I call?

System Code Mismatch error
I switched laptops at work and requested a new system code on October 10.
I installed KVS and registered the new system code with no issues. I used KVS several times on the new system. I started KVS this morning and am getting a System Code Mismatch error. I will send you a PM with the relevant information. |

I keep receiving errors no matter what I do...
1) I get the MSIE cookies error when my cookies are enabels per the KVS FAQ. 2) When doing Award searches using the JL engine, I get "Invalid Cabin Class" on a DAILY basis. Any help? |
