I would simply contact Sky Travel Agent and ask - I have never used them, but heard good things. They also build mileage/tier runs etc.
I'm surprised that MilesAddict wouldn't at least give you a recommendation for a US travel agent if they can't help personally...

I'm trying to put together a trip to Australia, and I'm getting different results from Google flights vs either version of the ita matrix. For a 24 Sep - 1 Oct HNL-SYD-HNL trip, Google flights finds the cheapest Jetstar rate at $468, while the matrix finds the same flights at $587. I checked the Australian site to make sure it wasn't just flubbing up the currency somehow, but that doesn't appear to be the case - the prices quoted on the Australian site don't match the matrix either. Anyone know why this would happen?

It's the fare component itself that makes up most of the difference - most of the fees are identical, and the ones that aren't only differ by small amounts. The fare component is $144.96 for each leg in Google flights and directly from Jetstar, and $204.03 on each through the matrix. I would have thought that either there US or Australia would require them to detail a fee like that, but I'm admittedly not all that knowledgeable about these things.

ITA Hacker I have a suggestion for ITA Matrix and/or Google Flights (maybe you can suggest this to the right team):
It would be great to be able to filter on the seat type/pitch, maybe in addition to flight duration, e.g. “lie flat or angled flat seats in flights longer than 4 hours”. Or “lie-flat seats only”. Google Flights definitely has that info. I don’t think any search engine offers that.
