Is there a limit how far in the future you can see seat maps or are they just broken?

The information should surely be available given it can be booked.

There is a known issue with accessing BA seatmap too far in the future. Our team is working on this, and will share a specific timeline once we have a clear line of sight. This only seems to happen for BA flights departing 11 or 12 months from today.

I've been a subscriber for literally decades and now there doesn't seem to be a way too log in

My bookmark was: https://www.expertflyer.com/main.do

I backspaced so it was just the .com at the end. That took me to the new looking main page. I was able to log in from there.

Flight Availability not working at all this morning. Tried multiple dates and routes...

Flight availability function currently not working. Enter flights, it spins for a bit, then I get a red banner with error message:

No results found. Try adjusting your search details and search again.
Edit: Appears to be working again

Seat and aircraft change alerts are behaving oddly. After EF detects a change and I resubmit the alert, I keep receiving daily notifications even when no additional changes have occurred.

What I've found is that resubmitting an alert keeps the old information, so that it is still looking for the previous aircraft type or previous schedule, for example. Support tells me they are looking into automatically updating that. Not sure about seats, although presumably if the seat is still open or will keep notifying.

yes i wasn't going to say anything, but i had the same feeling tbh.

t rather takes the p*** that those of us who have put up with all the faults and issues with EF over the last year get no recognition of that, and new users get a nice discount. certainly helps make clear what they think of the current customer base.

The fact that the site doesn’t work completely and seeing this nonsense is a reminder to me to exit.

To be fair, many companies do this, give a discount to new subscribers. You always have the choice to cancel and resubscribe later. If all the features were working I wouldn't mind.
