It's far too common for me to change tabs and come back and it has errored out, or I'm still on the tab, but it keeps refreshing just as I'm scrolling through and trying to figure out what my options are.

I reported this, or something similar to this, when we were helping test the new site. Support asked for a video of the issue, which I never could quite get. I am not sure it is an automatic refresh so much as some sort of an issue with the browser cache being invalidated, making the browser want to refresh. I see this on my mobile regularly, where when I switch tabs and then go back, the browser decides that the EF tab can't be displayed. I see the browser error saying there is no Internet, and then the page reloads. It is very annoying.

Anyone else having this issue on mobile:

I want to see seat maps, and the window that asks me for which cabins and how I want them defaults to showing the results in tabs. I say no, show all cabins on one screen. But the setting is ignored and the results are tabbed anyway.

Also, for some reason several fields which are drop-down fields are coded to allow typing, which means when I tap into them, the on-screen keyboard pops up, causing the display to shift. For example, the drop-down for connections vs. direct on the availability form.

For example, Ring is currently inaccessible and a whole host of other Amazon sites. Google it and you’ll see what I mean. Let’s hope it doesn’t last too long. Ironically and it did make me laugh but the one site that is working properly is BA!

All appears okay now.

Hi All - We experienced some downtime in the morning due to the major AWS outage as mentioned. Service was restored, but AWS went down again at around 11:10 AM EST.

We will keep you all posted, and let you know once services are restored again.

2:20 PM EST UPDATE: Our systems are showing signs of recovery. There may still be issues and/or intermittency throughout the day as AWS has not yet confirmed a permanent solution. We will keep this thread updated.

It wasn't when I posted that. As I said, using Incognito and then clearing cookies in the original browser window seemed to work.

It was only a while later that the AWS site went down and anything at all EF would generate 502 errors.

The 431 is odd, we have gotten only one report about this in the past. Sending you a PM.

Sorry if this has been asked, but exactly where on EF do I find the reason for a flight delay, and is it a free or paid section? I looked in trackFlight.aspx and didn't see it there (in fact still says on time, despite confirmed delay).

From "Flight Status" -> Additional Details (at the bottom). It only allows you to go back one week. I am unsure if it is available in free version.

Hi,I just have three more problems:

1.When I search for a flight with a specific date +- 1, 2, or 3 days, the “+1 day” is displayed instead of the desired day

2. If you look at the result for the days before the displayed day (left side), it is the year 2027!
(The same applies if you are looking for a date in 2025, then 2026 will be displayed as result for the days on the left side.)

3. When I search for a flight with a specific date +- 1, 2, or 3 days, an error message always appears for the first day (on the left-hand side).

Hi Dennis - Wanted to follow up on this. We release a fix for this. Should be all set now.

Additionally, we also fixed an issue in Fare Information where if a user added a purchasing city we were not showing any results.

Hi,

Problem 1: still exists
Problem 2: solved, but new problem: the tab at the top has a different date (+1 day) than the results below!
Problem 3: still exists

Hi Dennis - This is unexpected. Will send you a PM for more info. Apologies.

I'm getting repeated aircraft change alerts for the same specific flights when the aircraft hasn't actually changed (Eg Embraer 170 to E70). Not annoying per se as I can see in the email that the aircraft hasn't actually changed, but each time I have to log in and re-queue the alerts since they no-longer stay queued (which is annoying).

Same. It appears as though resubmitting sometimes retains the outdated config and so it fires again. Stops happening if you delete the alert and recreate it. At least, that's the effect i'm seeing.

Now this is frustrating; got another batch of alerts today for the same flights. The flights where the aircraft actually changed, no alert, and the alert has disappeared

Reaching out to you both for specific examples. We need to look into these.
