Update on Visa, Health, and Passport: We are no longer able to connect to our 3rd party provider. We are in contact with them to restore access ASAP but at this point we don't have a clear timeline. We will share another update here once we do.

To EF, I’ve been receiving some valid schedule change alerts recently but I’ve noticed the alerts don’t ‘stick’ in my account and I have to go through the rather frustrating process of setting them up again for the same flights. This is a pretty basic fix isn’t it, unless you’re seriously expecting us to believe that there will be no further schedule changes for these flights, the earliest of which is 3 months away?

I am not objecting to promos for new joiners per se. As you note, many companies/services do that. The context I have noted is important tho. You can see reading back on this thread how existing users have had to put up with a substandard product for the last year - for which EF has happily kept our full subscriptions.
EDIT: essentially those of us who paid full price and got a faulty product for a year get nothing, those who are joining as new get a nice discount. clearly shows the contempt that the current EF owners have of their subscription base. anyway, when folks no longer renew, perhaps they will get the messsage.

We appreciate everybody's business and want you all to know that we hear you. While this offer is exclusive for first-time users, we're working on something for existing subscribers to get discounts as well. We'll share more details on this soon.
anyway, you are helping make folks decisions on renewal, especially as there are now alternatives like https://www.planepoints.com/ |
While setting up a Seat Alert, when I check the "I can reserve blocked seats with this airline" box, it greys out the blocked seats when trying to select specific seats.
When I uncheck that box, I can select the blocked seats. |
For some reason MH seats maps for flights within 72 hours of departure seem be playing up.
On EF MH20 KUL-CDG on Sunday 1st is only showing paid Y class seats available but the live map from a dummy booking is showing a lot more available. Can this be fixed? https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...ede501a151.jpg https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...6772028974.jpg |

We seem to have the old and rather odd problem back of not being able to see seats 12 months ahead but instead of being restricted to an 11 month window, it has now reduced to 10, potentially. I say potentially as we won’t know until February if the window is even shorter.
For example, 2784 LGW-LCA 18 Dec 2026 wouldn’t show seats in Dec 2025 although unusually, the aircraft change could be set and usually, the two go hand in hand. No problem I thought, I’ll simply wait until January and I’ll be able to take a look then. Erm, no. Ok, maybe it’s a Gatwick EuroFlyer thing so I’ll try the 660 LHR-LCA on the same day just to check… nope, that doesn’t work either but again, aircraft changes do work. If I look at November 2026, it’s all systems go. I get the impression something else that has been fixed has affected this functionality which is what usually happens… It would be great to have everything firing on all cylinders. Will there be a fix for this EF? PS: and for some rather bizarre reason, I have 5 schedule change alerts set up for the Jan 2 return and which didn’t stick the last time I tried setting them. |
Paid for upgrade to Premium but no access
I have paid for and can see Premium in my subscription but on the home page it says Free. Any chance this can get fixed asap please? Ive logged out and in, multiple times. But I simply can't search for anything. Urgent.

Happy February and as it is now February, I thought I d check the December seats… hooray - I can see them! However, seat data for the Jan 2027 return isn’t available. This does mean that your seat viewing window has reduced from 11 months to 10 as I suspected. This is of no use to anybody who always books BA flights the moment they’re released, 355 days in advance.

I'm unable to login on a Windows computer. For the past 12 or so hours, clicking on the sign in button simply causes the page to continuously reload.

No problems logging in on Windows 11 Chrome

Standard stuff: disable ad blockers. Clear cookies. Try an incognito/private browser window. Disable browser extensions. Try this with another browser. |
The homepage endlessly refreshing has been happening for me for the past week. I get around it by clicking the stop refresh button and then just login after which it works normally but a bit annoying.

It almost seems to me as if the auth0 redirect is sometimes interfering with some expertflyer JavaScripts that are trying to reload the complete website. |
