Searches currently not working:
- Upgrades - AY, BA, EK, EY, IB, QR, VS
- Awards - AY, BA, IB, EY, QR, VS
To search AA upgrades:
- Use the Award & Upgrade tool
- Only search for individual segments (set the "Connection Preference" drop-down to "Direct/Non-Stop only"). Flight results that are part of a connection won't show the upgrade version of C or A inventory because AA only files upgrade inventory as individual, not married, segments. (Married segments show revenue inventory instead of upgrade inventory.)
- To avoid confusion, check the "Exclude Codeshares" box, as AA awards and upgrades are not valid on codeshares.

I think it may be a problem with the auto-refresh on availability results. Which, by the way, is (a) an extremely annoying "feature" that shouldn't exist and (b) if it does exist, the refresh rate is way too high. It's far too common for me to change tabs and come back and it has errored out, or I'm still on the tab, but it keeps refreshing just as I'm scrolling through and trying to figure out what my options are.

Anyone else having this issue on mobile:
I want to see seat maps, and the window that asks me for which cabins and how I want them defaults to showing the results in tabs. I say no, show all cabins on one screen. But the setting is ignored and the results are tabbed anyway.
Also, for some reason several fields which are drop-down fields are coded to allow typing, which means when I tap into them, the on-screen keyboard pops up, causing the display to shift. For example, the drop-down for connections vs. direct on the availability form.

The site is currently down, probably because it’s served by Amazon Web Services which appears to be down globally currently and is affecting a lot of sites that it serves. For example, Ring is currently inaccessible and a whole host of other Amazon sites. Google it and you’ll see what I mean. Let’s hope it doesn’t last too long. Ironically and it did make me laugh but the one site that is working properly is BA!
We will keep you all posted, and let you know once services are restored again.
2:20 PM EST UPDATE: Our systems are showing signs of recovery. There may still be issues and/or intermittency throughout the day as AWS has not yet confirmed a permanent solution. We will keep this thread updated.

It was only a while later that the AWS site went down and anything at all EF would generate 502 errors.

Sorry if this has been asked, but exactly where on EF do I find the reason for a flight delay, and is it a free or paid section? I looked in trackFlight.aspx and didn't see it there (in fact still says on time, despite confirmed delay).

Hi,I just have three more problems:
1.When I search for a flight with a specific date +- 1, 2, or 3 days, the +1 day is displayed instead of the desired day
2. If you look at the result for the days before the displayed day (left side), it is the year 2027!
(The same applies if you are looking for a date in 2025, then 2026 will be displayed as result for the days on the left side.)
3. When I search for a flight with a specific date +- 1, 2, or 3 days, an error message always appears for the first day (on the left-hand side).

Additionally, we also fixed an issue in Fare Information where if a user added a purchasing city we were not showing any results.

Not annoying per se as I can see in the email that the aircraft hasn't actually changed, but each time I have to log in and re-queue the alerts since they no-longer stay queued (which is annoying).
