Comments: Awesome room on the top floor with a balcony. Bellman with our luggage said it's his favorite room on the property and assured us he doesn't say that about all the rooms he visits

Comments: very nice room with views to the laoon pool and also to the sea. Smooth check in and generous Platinum amenities. Resort bit far outside, but loved the spacious pool and other areas which seemed not to be overcrowded. As being said beach not good for swimming.

Sheraton DTW upgraded from Traditional Room AAA Hot Rate to Club Level suite, huge living/dining room, 2 bathrooms. Same upgrade last week, staying on points. Great staff here.

Comments: Originally upgraded to club floor, but the room layout was not very good. Ask for a switch and got an executive suite. The club lounge is not very big but food in the evening is quite nice.

Comments: Checked my booking in the app before I jumped on the flight from OSL, it said I was upgraded to a Cool Corner Suite, excited! Arrived a bit early (around 1.30pm), total chaos at checkin/checkout, no rooms available. Went for lunch at Wave, went back to check in around 2.45, ended up in a Studio Suite on the 3rd floor with no view to speak of. A bit disappointed, it's a nice room nonetheless and a suite at that, so I guess I shouldn't complain :-)
