Room booked:regular x 2
Room received:jacuzzi suite x2
Award stay:C+P,

Comments: I always get treated well at this hotel. I always get full Platinum recognition. If they have a suite , they give it. The "worst "room I ever received was a Club room. The lounge is closed this week and they gave full buffet breakfast in the restaurant, which is much better. The Club breakfast is pretty poor, so I am happy to get a buffet breakfast.

The Westin Bellevue Dresden

Property: The Westin Bellevue Dresden
Date(s): January 04/05
Room booked: Standard room
Room received: Classic junior suite
Award stay: (no), type (C+P, FAN, FWN, FRN, SPG50, etc.)
BRG stay: (no)
Comments: Suite was really spacious, kind of outdated furniture but well kept. Classic junior suite on the 4th floor was little bigger than on the 1st floor but it did not have a TV in the bedroom. Staffs were like always very friendly and efficient.

Comments:

First time staying with them with platinum. Breakfast was closed so did receive any item(s) on the a la carte menu. The room itself isn't that great in my opinion but this hotel has limited suites from what I know. Has anyone received a better room to this in previous stays?

Comments: Madison Suite still available on website. Upgraded to Grand Deluxe and asked her to check out the Madison. Took her about 5 full minutes, told me the group was just checking out and if I didn't mind waiting, it was mine. Went shopping and got a call about 90 minutes later. WONDERFUL!!!

Property: Sheraton Sand Key Resort
Date(s): 1/5//13-1/7/13
Room booked: Traditional King
Room received: SPG Level King
Award stay: (yes/no), Yes 1NT Points 1NT C&P
BRG stay: (yes/no) No
Comments: Would have received 2 room suite but none was available with a King bed. Property is a resort. Club lounge but no Club level.

Located on preferred floors, Sheraton Club Guest Rooms offer more of the things that make travel enjoyable, like upgraded bath amenities, (This does not exist) free bottled water, free high speed internet access and no-cost local calls. Club guests also have access to the Sheraton Club Lounge. Welcoming guests from morning to night with a complimentary breakfast, evening hors d’oeuvres, and snacks and beverages available throughout the day, it’s also a place to gather – with the team, with friends, and with family. Take care of business, with the high speed internet access, PC workstations, and office supplies for those last-minute needs, all at no charge. (Does this mean you can bring in anyone not staying in the same room)?
