Does anyone encounter this error? I am trying to redeem some miles that are expiring in Sept 2005 for a ticket for one of my nominees. The date of birth field is defaulted to 18 Aug 2005 and I am not allowed to proceed further. I am not able to edit the nominee DOB field under the nominee grouping. So frustrating!

They'll be getting another feedback message from me today, that's for sure.

...but I was shocked at the price when I compared it to a previous price query before the fuel surcharge increase. Shock - horror.

I entered LAX-CGK on the first leg and then CGK-YVR on the 2nd leg and the site sputtered out a fare of $3213.10 USD just now. Pretty darn expensive but the multi city booking option nonetheless worked. Don't know why it didn't work out for some people.

Apparently they haven't fully ironed out the kinks in the multicity/stopover option. I just got the email response to that effect. I was trying out LHR-BKK, BKK-SIN, SIN-LHR -- similar to PhilH -- and the website claimed no fare meets those criteria.
The response suggested contacting the local SQ Reservations Office. I think I'll wait some more.
In the meantime, I encourage anyone encountering problems to write them with details of what you were trying to do. According to the email, "We re-launched our website at the weekend and we have come across a few minor glitches which are being fixed as they are found." [emphasis mine] If we can help them find the bugs faster, it might make life easier sooner.
(Yeah, as for the glitches being minor,
)
Rejuvenated: Can you see if booking a stopover works for you?

Says: " There was no fare found for the search criteria. Please change your criteria and resubmit."
