You better ask StarG that. My QPP vouchers will barely pay for the shipping on that thing!

And mine can barely pay for the shipping to my place.
I don't think even an LPP101 would be getting that much voucher value.

Some destinations have disappeared altogether - PVG and PEK - from online booking.

Just browsed through the site and PVG & PEK were both listed under the destination city selection of the online booking.

Sorry - should have made myself clearer. You can book flights to both those cities but you can't book from there. Here's what SQ says:

Announcement

Internet bookings out of China are currently unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

In that case it's true because I also didn't see PEK, PVG, or any other mainland cities as a matter of fact for the departure city selection.

Is the Internet Check-in function working?

I could not do Internet check-in with the new web site. It only lists my upcoming flights but will not allow me to check-in on line. Are others experiencing the same thing?

I am in China now, so phone, fax, and SMS check-in options are also very challenging.

Wink My impatience is showing ...

I hope they fix the stopover / multicity option soon. The fares to a number of Southeast Asian destinations are amazingly low in October/November (375 + about 100 in taxes and surcharges, with mileage accrual allowed), but I can only book, as far as I can see, using the 'return trip' option. I'd rather not pass through Singapore purely as a transit passenger.

Hurry up, SQ IT team!

Sheesh - I wish SQ tested this properly before changing public website with all these bugs. If its not fixed soon I am going to have to spend a lot of time on the phone bugging the local office - not happy

Just re-logged in to SQ site and guess what, ... Almost all the negatives I mentioned had been fixed . All in the matter of 30mins or so after I gave SQ a website feedback. That's superfast.
This is really weird. Logged in again and the same error occured. Don't tell me the calculation codes used are different depending on to the various country websites? I'm flabbergasted! :

Yes, same experience. Actually, I had a strange error where an earlier flight on my itinerary hasn't yet dropped off the "upcoming flights" listing when logging in for online check-in. The flight has even credited to my KF account, but its presence on the upcoming flights list makes it impossible to get the true upcoming flight to show up as valid for OLCI.

I'm just thankful this happened while I was in SIN, so I had another check-in option (telephone).

The only two things I like about the website (haven't got time to view all sections) are the ability to 'open item in new window' and to link directly to a part of the website.

When are SQ going to automatically associate bookings made with agents to my KrisFlyer profile online. At present any bookings made through other agents, which contain my KrisFlyer number, cannot be seen on the KrisFlyer pages.

BA have been doing this for ages, if I book on Opodo and enter my BA number it will be on my bookings on the BA website within half an hour.

Surely SQ can do this if BA have been doing it for a couple of years at least now!
