Try 25 Nov KUL-SIN-SFO one-way in F: MYR 8,631.00= USD 2,288.94*
Since SQ1 leaves SIN 5pm, you can take the flight a day early as long as less than 24 hours stop-over.

I see that it works for some days, but not for most others, and unfortunately, November 25 is not the departure date that I am looking for.

As I previously mentioned, I can book this fare over the phone with SQ or on any number of websites (including United), but for whatever reason, I cannot book it on SQ's own website. It is not a terribly big deal as I can book it over the phone, but it is just very frustrating trying to book SQ tickets using the Multi-Ccity option.

Thank you for your help and trying some additional dates for me.

It is very frustating to deal with this website. I have been trying to check fares for SFO/CGK and LAX/CGK in business class, and got this message: "Sorry, the airport/city specified is not valid."

Same problem for me, PVG-SIN generates this "Sorry, the airport/city specified is not valid." :P

Has anyone successfully booked online lately? I'm still getting error messages - even for routings that would work a month ago. Getting worse not better

I was trying to do a booking online for SYD-SIN-NRT and they just can't handle! Been trying for a few days and still came back with error I need to travel by 1 Dec so I have rung AMEX Travel to take care of it and they were able to book the stop-over for me with no problem.

Now do they have a new URL for the mobile version of the website?
The old URL (http://www.singaporeair.com/mobile) keeps returning me to its main website.

Multi-city itineraries work only if flights are on different days. More than one flight on the same day doesn't work for me - even if I specify the timings for each flight, it goes back to the same page and defaults the times back to "Anytime". Already logged it with SQ and they said they are aware.

I tried to do SYD-SIN for 30 Nov and SIN-NRT for 1 Dec but it just wouldn't allow me. I managed to get it like probably a while ago but not recently Anyway, I've logged this with SQ and have arranged with my TA to book my trip.

SQ Website can't price SYD-SIN-BWN-PEN

I am looking to book a ticket online from SYD-SIN, SIN-BWN (STOP), BWN-SIN, SIN-PEN (STOP), PEN-SIN (STOP), SIN SYD but the SQ Website just won't price it, returning the error message below:

"There was no result found for the search criteria. Please change your criteria and resubmit."

How do I get the website to price my flights?

The SQ website booking is not working properly at the moment. Seems to work only for simple round trips to/from SIN. Anything more complicated (even if no stopovers) isnt working in my experience.

You need to either ring/email SQ or a TA (or an online TA) in order book some itins currently.

I'll merge this with the SQ website issues thread. If you end up booking with another airline, please add to the SQ website errors losing business thread.
