They have been sending me checks for the loads and fees when I've asked for that in the CFPB complaint. BTW a few years ago they sent me a letter telling me not to buy the cards anymore, also...

Lets make a list of where to report banks/entities that hold our money.

Cfpb is quick and easy. It works. Any time I have a problem I file a cfpb complaint. And pp did hold my money for 6 months and still would not release it... until I filed cfpb complaints for all 5...

Definitely not worth it. They will lock and hold the account if you spend a lot in bonus categories.
