Got an e-mail back from customer care today from 'Eds' saying that e-rewards points should still be EQ and they're working to fix that. It seems like IHG has had some constant minor but annoying IT issues in 2017. (Am on my phone and having issues copy and pasting only the relevant parts)

Got an e-mail back from customer care today from 'Eds' saying that e-rewards points should still be EQ and they're working to fix that. It seems like IHG has had some constant minor but annoying IT issues in 2017. (Am on my phone and having issues copy and pasting only the relevant parts)

IHG customer service- there's an option for e-Rewards in the 'partner points' customer service sub-menu. I said I had screenshots of the terms & conditions, but there wasn't a way of attaching them at that point and Eds didn't ask for them in subsequent communication.
