IHG customer service- there's an option for e-Rewards in the 'partner points' customer service sub-menu. I said I had screenshots of the terms & conditions, but there wasn't a way of attaching them at that point and Eds didn't ask for them in subsequent communication.
I put a missing partner points query through to ihg and they came back to acknowledge they are still elite qualifying and they have passed my query on to the 'specialist team'
