Got an e-mail back from customer care today from 'Eds' saying that e-rewards points should still be EQ and they're working to fix that. It seems like IHG has had some constant minor but annoying IT issues in 2017. (Am on my phone and having issues copy and pasting only the relevant parts)
Was this IHG customer care or e-rewards customer service? So I know who to complain to about it with my screenshots.
