The current sale is valid until January 9, I think.
I am very new to this myself, but that made me buy a regular economy ticket in the end, and not wait for another J sale.

The ex-CDG Sale fares arent too bad. However, who fancies a bit of fun?

For €1,550 you can fly CDG-DXB. The minimum stay is 5 days, which I think is too long to stay in Dubai. So, how about nesting one of the routings mentioned below, into CDG-DOH-DXB. You would obviously have the cost of the nested routing to add to the €1,550, but if you're bored in Dubai, why not!

Try Google Flights opposed to ItaMatrix. Both run the same setup, and although ItaMatrix offers more options, Google Flights is ample for beginners (like me!)

Do people here set up alerts? I am looking for a short trip around Apr 1st BKK-AMS, and if it gets low enough (1,200EUR in J?) then I want to book it, but otherwise I won't bother.

If you do set up fare alerts, where and how?
