Doesn't it still ask you for a preferred departure airport?

Yeah, I signed up multiple times for it using the gmail trick using different airports each time.

Yes it does. Was not sure if the offer in the newsletter is based on the departure airport or on the base country of the website (in the right hand top corner). Hence my question.

Right now there are $800 fares between LAX-JNB. I am very tempted to book this flight but its a major decision and want to think things over before purchasing. How long will this fantastic promo be available?

Arn - doh - hkg

I know that much cheaper fares have been available over the last several months but how reasonable is ARN-DOH-HKG-DOH-ARN for 1375 GBP (17 000 SEK) for travel in J in February.

Is this a "sale" fare?

Thank you

The way I tell if it is a special sale fare in Economy is on the fare class that is being sold. Q O and T are the lowest classes. If it is booking into one of those (usually O), then, it is a cheaper than normal fare. If it is a class like N, then it is just a normal everyday restricted fare.

Of course, even if you book an O fare, it does not mean it couldn't go lower on a fare basis. Like other carriers, booking these fare classes is of little value for mile.

That's a lot of consecutive Y flying for my butt. As long as you're thinking it over, consider that, too.

For info;

Just booked LHR-DOH-BKK in J for May 2016. I would normally always book through the QR website but Travelbag.co.uk offered the flights with better times & connections for 8% less, couldn't turn them down.

Once the flights were paid for I was able to access them using the PNR via the QR website & enter our FF numbers without a problem.
