Also, 52D/E/F/G are bulkhead seat with Bassinets in front, maybe the agent was confused.
Here's the Qantas seat map, zoomed in on the area in question:

A380 F seats for a couple
Looking for some advice on the best F seats for a couple on the A380. Flying LHR-SYD on QF31 in a few weeks. Currently holding 2/3K. Is this the best for a couple? Have considered looking at 2FK or 3FK but not sure about the middle seats... Advice welcome.
Cheers

Quick question...
best seat out of these two on the A380 Y+
36J (i've read the outside seats on the 380 have slightly more pitch? + benefit of nobody behind you so recline with no complaints?)
or
38F (current pic) (is it actally an exit row? (therefore more legroom? i've read it is but have seen a couple of pics and doesn't look like it? also seen bad comments about being near the toilets?)
Cheers.

38F has lots of legroom buy virtually the entire PE cabin will be walking past you to access the toilets.

I'm off to AKL-SIN in Biz burning my QF points. A question for you all regard config/routing on QF to SIN (as a QC NB)....
Options on 09 Nov AKL-SIN showing are:
AKL-MEL 73H // MEL-SIN QF9 388 12:25/21:40
AKL-SYD QF114 332 // SYD-SIN QF5 744 (2 class) 12:45/21:45
AKL-SYD QF114 332 // SYD-SIN QF31 744 (4 class 52J) 12:45/22:25
AKL-BNE 73H // BNE-SIN QF51 333 06:10/19:25 (long layover in BNE)
Which would you take, and why?I presume service level on the 2 class 744 is the same as other configs?
Arrival time into SIN isn't a big concern, and preference is always for aisle. Cheers, TK

For QF5 try getting into Zone A (the nose) the A380 not the rear J cabin. 747 and A330 I think any seat is fine.

Cheers,
I'm tempted with 04E or 04F in the nose of QF5 (3 class 744).
And then perhaps Star Class SIN-AKL, currently at $SGD 950 for fully flex tix. About the same cost as a one-way on TG/SQ/QF etc

That being said, you can sit together for meals, as there is a small seat in each suite for this purpose.
I flew in 3A this week, and it was a fantastic seat.
Enjoy QF First!

Another query on Y+ on 747 (qf2?) Which is the best seat in this cabin? Front / back rows are currently blocked/ booked? Is there any other good seat to pick? Obviously I'll check nearer time to see if front rows become available prior to check in.
Does this flight run with a full load regularly as at the moment only 13 of 32 seats in y+ are taken? (14th sept) or has the a380 taken most of the loads?

Last month when travelling with my Wife I was asked to move from 11K as there was a Power supply there and a PAX needed one for medical reasons.

We were travelling on a LON4 when someway though, it was split into different bookings for reason(s) I cannot fathom.
Since after that time, one particular flight had the equipment changed four times and after each one I had to call up to get us reallocated together.
This after TCPing both bookings to each other.

Yes ... It's a pain and patience is needed with special requests being made to "seating".
