For each request, please include the following information:

Departure Airport:
Miles Needed:
Required Spend or Budget:
Available Travel Dates:
Required Metal or Codeshares okay*:

For each response. Please quote the original request. DO NOT START A SEPARATE THREAD.

----

NOTE: You will have greater chances of success if you have greater flexibility on travel dates and cost. If you need a lot of MQMs on weekends only for < 5 cpm it probably won't happen.

Other creative possibilities depending how many MQMs you need:
----

*"Required Metal or Codeshares" is, approximately, asking whether you need a flight operated specifically by Delta or if partner flights are ok. If you are just looking for MQMs to hit a Medallion tier the normal way, then the answer is yes. If you are doing a status challenge, the answer is also probably yes, but read the T&C of your challenge carefully to be sure (for the regular status challenge the answer is also "yes")

NOTE: some partner flights earn MQMs at reduced rates. See this chart for more info.

Sorry, I was incorrect on terms and awards.

But if book business class on a partner does Delta honor the fair class and award bonus MQM?

I may want to spend more and less time in the air if that is the case.

It will depend on the partner and the earnings they get for business/first class. Look at the Delta partner chart for the desired partner.

For your desired 21,000 MQMs, you will need to fly 14,000 miles at the usual 1.5x bonus for business class.

26K Needed for Delta Diamond

Hi all,

Way over on my MQDs but still about 26K short on MQMs for delta diamond status.

airports I can fly from: IAD, DCA or anything NY area. Only date restriction is I can’t go anywhere 12/13 - 12/17 or 12/24 - 12/26.

Can anyone help? Thanks!

Some thoughts:

- several MR to HNL from WAS - about 10,000 MQMs; three trips will be about $2800 since you cannot do them back to back (each trip takes about 1.5 days of travel)

- do a run to MLE on China Eastern, from JFK on Dec 28 - 30, will get you about 25,500 MQMs for $1323 (booking classes: K-B-B-S); position flights to/from JFK will get you the remaining 1000 MQMs

A run to LIH should get you the needed miles.

e.g. Dec 28, MCO-SEA-LIH-SEA-SLC-MCO, about 10,500 MQMs (use Delta flexible date search, trip duration 1 day)

How about a quick trip to Charlotte? Prices start as low as $117. See calendar below of flights from WAS to CLT for December: (Delta flexible date search, trip duration 1 day)
