Senior Rates
How closely do Marriotts (specifically Residence Inns) follow the 62 yo age requirement for senior rates. Do they care if you are close (say 60?). I know Hilton and others use AARP for their criteria. Thanks

[QUOTE=SkiAdcock;16512453]Since Marriott says 62, I'm guessing they mean 62 & not AARP's 50. If someone looks 62 they might not get asked to verify it, but if not probably they would.
Cheers. |

Proof of Elgibility
We are at Springhill Suites in Westminster, CO. At check-in, not only were we asked for our AAA I.D., but the clerk also made a copy of the AAA card.

Any codes for Karachi Pakistan Marriott ??
|
I deleted the entire discussion of a Continental Airlines employee rate code. There was some understandable confusion as to whether the code is really proprietary, but it is, so now the discussion (and the code) is gone.

Any one have a good rate for Courtyard Marriot, Brookline, MA?
|
I've read the last few pages and my question was answered to some degree but I still have a question to see if I can get this rate. I work for a non-profit and we use the Gov't Per Diem rates however I do not have a Gov't ID or anything like that. Would my ID for work be good enough you think?

I would think that if you don't work for a Gov't agency, then you probably will have problems using the Gov't rate. I would suggest calling the hotel and ask them if they will take your non-profit id as if it were a Gov't id. While I'm not sure they will take that, the hotel may have a specific rate for your non-profit organization (or for non-profits in general.)

Tried practically all of these codes for the JWM in GIG. Only one that actually worked was Government rate, but I am not a government employee and don't feel like breaking that particular rule.
Any thoughts as to other codes or rates that might work at this property? |
Residence Inn Vienna VA ..... weekend rate $109, AAA Rate $98, senior rate $209 (not a typo) all per night. Very weird.
