Could someone kindly help me locate a code which can provide a discount? Thanks in advance for your help. try another chain if its not in your price range too. |

Whether that is enough of a discount for you, that is something that only you know try another chain if its not in your price range too. |
so i tried all the codes, and was able to use HPR for Courtyard Rome Central Park. This code is for stay 3 nights and get 1 free. But it still does not give me 1 night free, it shows 399 for 3 nights. do i need to get at the checkout screen to see the discount or code is not working?

We discussed that code in the previous page of this thread. Seems like the bottom line is it probably won't show anything online and it may work when you check in, but isn't guaranteed. May be worth calling to find out.

I just used a TA code I found via Fat Wallet...what are the odds I'll be asked for ID?? I've booked AAA rates from hotels before and while I'm an active member, I've never been asked to prove it.

Back when I was able to use the Travel Industry rate, that was one of the few rates that I have actually been asked to provide an ID for. I can't remember if I've ever even been asked to provide an ID for a company code, but I did commonly get asked for the Travel Industry code.
So if I were you, I'd be prepared to either show some form of ID for the rate, or be willing to pay whatever the rack rate is for the hotel (which could be significantly more than the rates you see now.) |

Actually, I think it may require more than just an ID. It may require a special form or certificate to use.

The Marriott Associate rate (though I have never used it.) I have used the Travel Industry rate before and depending on the hotel, you may have to provide a TA ID or some form of ID showing you are working for an appropriate travel related company.
When I used the Travel Industry Rates, I would normally always call the hotel before my stay and ask what type of ID they required. Sometimes the rate required a full-time employee badge and I was only contracting with an airline. Since I didn't want to be surprised when I arrived, I would normally check with them first. |

This is smart, thanks for the advice. Also tried the code for the Marriott F & F rate, but reasearched it and found out most hotels asked for HR form from employee :(

I have used the rate code of MRP with some success lately. This code appears to show hotels that are offering rates with Marriott Rewards point bonuses. You may want to consider including it in the OP.
