I'm not ticked. I just want to know how to get on the list.

Any one managed to book this promo ?

I entered various dates in February and cannot find a single date with availability, unless they have since changed the promo code from DRAGON to TIGER ????

I also not got an email, ( even thought I stayed more than 15 times there last year ). Is this promo by invitation only ?
Anyhow I just checked the dates for my upcoming stays 06. to 09. th. Feb. and found the cheapest rate was 3800++ in PA and not incl. anything. ( Fully prepaid ). But the same dates in Le Meridien is 2500++ and ROS 2850++, of course also nothing including. But ABF is as Platinum already incl. in any rate, so have to wait may be one day if I get that offer. Anyhow will have to switch hotels, ( to keep plat. for next year ! 3 single nights = 3 stays ).

just tryed www.spg.com bevore, but with the link you give, it works with the promo rate 3600++.
But now with this Asia Pacific Red Hot Deals ( 50% off BAR) , it comes to the same 2500++ rate LE MERIDIEN offers, only the 1000 food & bev. you can spend where ever you want and the BTS ticket you can buy by yourselve.
I wonder if PA also join this Red hot deals ?

Question Plaza Athenee or another option???

We are still debating about the Plaza Athenee, that is if the 3rd night free is worth it.
They are offering the Club room for 8100 Baht for 2 nights and the third night is free.
The regular price is 6000 Baht pe rnight for a club room.
Any recommendations?

Go for Club Level!

While it has been several years since I stayed at the Plaza Athenee, I have friends who stay there (and on the Club Level) regularly. (As a BKK resident, I limit myself to regular trips to the Rain Tree Cafe!) I can say that the service, together with the regular spreads of food and drink, are very much worth it. The view, while sipping your favorite beverage in very civilised surroundings, is wonderful!

Highly recommended!

So you're average is about 5300 a night.
PA Club is Great. If you're not SPG Plat and wouldn't receive Club Access or Room upgrade, I'd say that's a 5300 is a good value if you would utilize the lounge at all for. Free Internet, Drinks, snacks, dessert, All day coffee/espresso/latte, soda, cocktail hour. Breakfast items as well.

If you have a look at our Special Offers Page, there is an offer called "Le Royal Club Discovery." It is a promotional rate for a room + access to le Royal Club during your stay - if you are on property during the Songkran period, there is an additional 10% off the THB 4'200++ rate (THB 3'800++).

Enjoy!

Plaza Athenee (BKK), A Royal Meridien

P.S. Bookings (at the moment) for this rate need to be made by the end of the 7th of March, 2010, for stays until the end of April, 2010
