My issue is that for the last two weeks, I am able to log into my account, but unable to pull up any trip details, thereby making a phone call necessary to change or cancel a reservation or even to confirm the rate. The top one opens, but when you click the drop down arrown for details on any other reservation, it just pops to the top. Anyone else having this issue?
As another poster said, if you are LTT, there is just no reason to keep booking here until it is fixed. Which looks like it will be never. |

Love the logic in the website booking engine that, when there is only 1 room of a particular type in the whole hotel (say the presidential suite), displays the message “Almost sold out”. :D
