Awesome. I'm not able to log in. Called and it said this card is not currently available for use. Don't have time to talk to them right now. (Account Now)

interesting.. I had the same issue this morning. I called but they said their specialist do not work until Tuesday morning, so don't bother calling until then.

Hah - that's a good one. Their "specialists" are off for a long weekend? I didn't know that Presidents Day was observed in the Philippines or Colombia. Look forward to a great customer service experience.

Update: I called today, and after being placed on-hold for over an hour (no exaggeration), the guy at the risk department indicated that I needed to re-submit copies of my DL, SS Card, and Utility bill. although I submitted those about 6-8 months ago. I argued that they should simply look at the ones I submitted before, but he said that they will go through this process again if 'suspicious' activity is found. He did not want to give me details, but it seems that the recall from the reload I did a few days ago (from the Reloadit Safe which I mentioned a couple of posts above) was seen by them as suspicious (stolen Reloadit card, stolen cc used, etc.). I will go ahead and resubmit everything and hope they re-activate my account.

I did pretty nicely with Vision Prepaid until Harry Tweeter fixed their cash registers to prevent Reloadit's being bought with credit cards here in NC. Vision has always had a BP function and I ran as much as $9.5k a month through it with no other spend. Now it's down to hoping you get a good cashier at Food Lyonnais which is too much of a PITA given other available techniques. Still I have a nice stash of used Reloadits that I am rather fond of

I guess with that volume it was worth eating the $9.95 monthly fee.

Vision says the maximum balance on the card is $2,500. Did you go to the max, empty it, and then start again? could you pay yourself?

I've not used it for a while but I definitely had more than $2.5k at some point so maybe the rules have changed... but that said I rarely keep a balance and would typically load $1-2k and then BillPay out. Technically you can BillPay yourself and I did this a couple of times (sent a check to my wife at my address) but frankly with the ability to BP the funding credit card there was no real need. I did also BP a few "real" bills.

The monthly fee you also used to be able to avoid by having no money in the account around the start of the month but they fixed so that whenever you load money it takes out the current month fee if due. It does not seem to go back and back-charge for all missing months though of course they could get smarter on that in due course too.

While it's pretty much dead to me now (unless I can pick up some Reloadit's on my travels) this card is the card outside of BB I managed to put the most MS on without shutdown. Every other card got shutdown somewhere in the $5-20k range for me

Seems my Vision is down:
BP and other functions: "Sorry, your card must be activated in order to use this service."

Warning: they can (and do) put account into suspension mode with no access to your funds while still allowing seamlessly reload it and see your balance, transactions, etc.

Appeared I reloaded account only to figure out later I can't access my funds. Shady.

Having the very same issue, and did the same thing. I have both T-Mob and AccountNow cards; I keep getting "invalid card number" no matter how much I try to load onto them. BillPay was SUPPOSED to start working today, so I called them when I saw they bumped it back till March 6th.

Aside: I had the customer service agent repeat to me, loudly and s-l-o-w-l-y, that because my ReloadIt safe showed up as "Enabled", that I needed to go and have it activated so it would be "Abled". Then I pointed out the opposite of Enabled is "Disabled", and she laughed out loud for 10 seconds, said "this system is so stupid!", and finally proceeded to open a ticket.

I was on the phone with them again today. She indicated that they have identified that the issue appeared when trying to load Account Now prepaid cards only. When loading those, the system did not do so properly. They are trying to correct that. Unsure of how it will be corrected though.

The "Safe" is such a joke. I tried to go delete my AccountNow card off the saved cards to see if it would change anything and allow T-Mob to be loaded, only to find out the system can't even handle that request. Yeesh. Half-cooked.
