The store mgr at the store I frequent was nice enough to let me set aside 10 VR's for tomorrow :) He put them under the counter and put a note with my name & to hold it.

The store mgrs at 2 different stores showed me the same memo: it lists out each of the prepaid reload cards.. it even states that cash only for Serve reloads ("existing Serve cards that are in possession of the cardholder")

According to my two CVS's you all are pranking! My go-to CVS is even restocked so my $5k was easily obtained! :)

They had no idea what I was talking about (including manager on duty).

This is in Indianapolis.

Hi, Does that mean you will not stock up, you are that sure? Thanks (and for the PM)

I do $3k-$5k a day anyway, so I did the $5k today and will tomorrow, but that's about all I can do if this is true.

Time to put on the sandwich board and stand at the street corner.

Repent! The End is Near! Make peace with your gods!

I think the 2 of us are going to clear out Indy. I just picked up 8k worth the last 2 days. Waiting for BB to roll over for April, so loaded 1k onto my fresh HRB card.

I'm a bit annoyed as this is all happening at the last minute. I am near my limit on my citi exec card and because my balance due last month was negative its not allowing me to pay down my balance on the website until the statement cuts in a week and a half. I did a push payment, but that won't kick in until 4/1 :( so I can not seem to free up enough credit to make anymore than another 1k purchase. I could use chase/amex cards I suppose, but I don't really like to MS with those lenders.

Just told by two different managers in florida at two different stores no more credit cards for prepaid.

LoneTree Mar 29, 2014 1:54 pm

CVS now $5k/day

I'm surprised a blogger hasn't sent out a flash email yet.

OTOH, maybe CVS needs to pump up their sales numbers for end of quarter? Leak some false info they can retract later.

plenty of other options available, no need to worry...the sky is not falling, just one star (maybe)

As skibum said, there are so many other options. This just may be the one that elicits the most popularity because VRs are pretty versatile.

I'm thinking this, if true, is regional.
