Office Depot pulled the VRs from their shelves quickly (around Thanksgiving 2012) after Bluebird went live and the red circles and arrows pictures appeared, but then you could still buy the $500 variable load Visas. They then cut it down to $200 max and pulled the variable loads from their shelves. OD finally went cash only on all prepaids August (?) last summer.
