Never have been asked anything by a cashier. They get as suspicious as if I was buying a pack of gum.

At the my friends CVS, the cashier said "some people may think you are buying these to pay your illegal immigrant workers, but I know you are doing it for the airline miles". Seems like someone already let her know why they are so popular.

I wish she can be open minded and nice like that, but when i went there again the next day (yesterday had like 50 cards), I didn't see any card on gift section and when i asked her (she was the only one working there at that time), she remember me and said they don't have any, which is a lie because i know they keep it behind the counter.

The cvs i went to today said he sells only one card with ID and that too with cash only and with load limit of $200.said he had enough with the people who only comes to buy many of this with card. They are not a legit customer of a drug store he said. The 2nd one i went to said, he stopped selling cos many come to buy this and some even demands refund claiming they lost what they bought.

Lol, go back to that CVS another time when that manager/cashier is not around and you'll probably be able to pick up $5k in 1 transaction.

Else, I'd just stop visiting that CVS.

he was the nicest guy, the other cashiers will say what? you want $500 on this? let me call and ask the manager and will than say NO. asked about checking and scanning my ID and would say we have nothing to do with your ID. you don't need ID with cash.

And you told her?

Is there a problem telling the truth to people?

Go back to another CVS! I usualy hit $5k and then walk to other ones and try 2x $500, it they say one transaction I politely agree. Then move on to the next one. That way it is easy to buy $6-7k per day.

At my CVS they all know what we buy them for, and they've been very helpful. There are many others besides me doing this, and I believe someone at the store or one of their friends is also doing MS, because when they broke open a new pack to give me a second card, the tellers were discussing how many were left and the guy cashier said "I put 20 aside for xxxx".

I have been saying this for a while, be nice to the people who hold the beans and they will be nice to you too....

Well...Office Depot switched to cash only after they figured out that people were churning the VRs for miles.

But why did OD care that we are churning? It didn't affect them did it? Wouldn't them and CVS get a little bit of the $3.95 per card. If they did Cvs got lots of little bits from me lol:cool:

Nothing really to say. Just nod and say " I can get 5k, correct?"
