I'm just trying to maximize my Wells 5x card to as many avenues as possible before my 6 months are up. This seemed like an easy one.

People, who've posted in this thread, mostly have PayPal Business Debit MC. It is not the same card that you are talking about and it does not have BP feature.
Time will tell which one will be AA faster :-).

I just got the card and haven't loaded yet. One think I like is you can set up bill pay from your payee side, as opposed to, say, Bluebird where it has to be done from the payment end. Whenever I add a payee in BB, I worry that some schemer has listed a business called "My phone carrier" and will receive my payments.

The card your are referring to is effectively a Netspend card. With PayPal branding. Administered by Netspend.

Yes you can do that, but it will likely get you shut down.

Thanks for responses. Actually on the Paypal debit MC I was talking about, you can load $2500 a day and $15K max on card I believe. If you look at terms, I didn't see anything about a $4K max, but maybe I overlooked. Believe mine is Bancorp but maybe Netspend = Bancorp. Regardless, I'm sure I'll be shutdown, just hoping for a few months haha.

Why? because of MO? is Bill Pay any different/better? I have MVD that was blocked, now active, but don't want to use it anymore. Is paypal any better or worse than MVD? I find BB stable/reliable because I load with VR and bill pay all every month 5000, never any issues!

Paypal is the worst of the worst. Not only will they shut you down, but they will hold your money for 6+ months. LArge inflows and outflows are very likely to get you shut down. If PP isn't making any money, they wont like it.

Paypal BUSINESS debit MC has the $4K/Month limit, and can be loaded with Paypal Cash cards (and also MoneyPaks).
Paypal Debit MC (the one from the recent CVS deal) has the $2,500/day limit for VR loads.
