I have about $300 in paypal balance that I need to get out immediately. This is because I'm trying to make a hotel payment using a credit card and paypal will force me to use the balance first

I don't want a check nor the world mastercard

Is there any other site that allows me to buy a debit/gift card and use paypal to pay them?

Sorry guys for this newbie question... I have a paypal account and would like to start using it. So...

1. Is it safe to link a paypal debit card and then dump money online into BB?
2. Is it safe to transfer money to friends on a regular basis? (let's say 2k a month)?

What else can I do and not be shut down?

Does Paypal --> paypal prepaid debit card attract the same attention as Paypal--> bank account?

I think i recall one report of somebody getting locked up because of that...somewhere in this thread but I can't recall how far back.

Data pt: for the past 2 days I wasnt able to do my load at 12:01am or even 1:01am I had no problem doing it this morning or yesterday morning here in NY,Im wondering if they ave moved it to 3:01am NY time to correspond to 12:01am pacific time

Does anyone use the Paypal Debit MC? I read back and it sounds like you guys are using something different? I loaded a VR to it and tested the bill pay and for the $4.95 monthly fee, pretty painless. I'm just trying to maximize my Wells 5x card to as many avenues as possible before my 6 months are up. This seemed like an easy one.
