In the past few yrs, I have pre-paid my Electricity service provider via CC, especially if I am abroad, but haven't asked for a refund. If you have it registered as a utility bill, this may be an option.

JL is nothing to write home about. I would stick with RJ.

pretty good weather here in delhi but you still need a jacket in the evening....will be back in mumbai next week....looking forward to some nice warm weather....

Why don't all of you don some down jackets and join me for a drink on the Hudson river front.. it's snowing and I am dying and you guys are making it worse by talking about Sunny weather..
