Thanks a bunch - I found a new rate of £200 night. Called to upgrade that room with a Diamond suite upgrade and requested a connecting standard room (using points). They were very cool and put me in a Regency Executive Suite, which has a connecting room. Very much looking forward to my stay!

Best way to get to Churchill from LTN ?
Dear all,
A quick question to London experts :
I will be arriving at LTN and planning to stay at Churchill.
What is the best way to get to the hotel from LTN ?
I suppose I should take the easybus ?
And if yes, what is the closest stop to Churchill ?
There are 5 stops mentioned on easybus site :
Brent Cross, Finchley Road UG, Baker Street nr UG, Marble Arch nr UG, Victoria Buck. Palace rd.
Thanks a lot for your help !
Regards,
El Puerco Volante.

Peter calls it absolutely correctly, as usual. Marble Arch is also the nearest tube stop. I would say the walk is closer to 5 minutes than 10, at least to the tube.
I am guessing the bus would come down Baker Street to Oxford St and turn right towards Marble Arch, on the way to Victoria. If so, getting off on Oxford St might be a minute shorter LOL!

Club hours / breakfast hours (Sunday)
I will be staying here an upcoming saturday night on an award. I have an early flight ex-LHR the next morning. Depending on if my upgrade clears early or I need to make a battlefield effort, I will need to be at LHR between 8-10:30am
It sounds like diamond breakfast is to be had in the Regency Club.
1. Does anyone know how early breakfast is served on sundays?
2. Is there ever the option to order room service breakfast instead?
Thanks -- looking forward to what sounds like a great hotel!

My partner and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. It's in a great location, the service is fantastic, the bar makes the best martinis, and the room is perfect. We will stay at this hotel again.

The least complicated way (besides taxi) though not the least expensive would be to take the Heathrow Express to Paddington station and then hop in a cab the rest of the way.
If you're travelling light you and have time to spare you can always take the Piccadilly tube line to Green Park Stn, switch to the Jubilee line get off at Bond and then walk along Oxford Street to the hotel.

There's a "super-shuttle" type service that will drop you off door to door. I'm not sure of the cost, but it is certainly cheaper than a taxi.
I can't remember the name, but the desk is near all of the limo desks after baggage claim in Heathrow (at least in T5.)
