and now it appears not to be working at all, I just can't log in. Tried on 3 different devices, still the same result. I get a green check mark next to "I'm not a robot", click signin button, and voila, captcha comes again... Endless loop.
Of course, I can have a chat with the lovely robot lady voice on the phone, but that is not of much help... These people should get their act together and do so really fast.

So this is a whole new twist... let your best customers try to log in a dozen times with the stupid captcha crap when the website is actually down for maintenance.
What are they thinking?

Hhonors part of website is down
I called in, and Hhonors support told me the entire site is down - no one can log in. She confirmed that it started with reCaptcha problems yesterday, and today no one is able to log in.
I even tried the "I forgot my password" option, and it did not recognize my email. Momentary panic that my account was hacked, but support confirmed my account is safe - just a complete website failure.
No ETA for the site to be up. Support said they are working on it, but not to bother trying to late this afternoon at the earliest.
I don't know why they don't post a notice that log-in is not available.
