That's just something to forget about. The system seems to issue BPs without covid höpöhöpö even if the link is still there.

On my return from JFK (Finnish passport) I was able to complete OLCI but no BP was issued. Uploaded my EU Vaccination form and then the next day after it was validated I got the BP from OLCI. Odd since if you have a Finnish passport you shouldn't need anything to enter at all other than the passport.

I will print some sustainable covid papers anyway just in case. Last week, coming fron LHR, border guard requested covid papers. Intra-schengen though had no barriers. |

Mobile BP was not available so I went to desk. Desk officer wanted vaccination document or test result. I asked why and which country wants höpö papers. So She answered Germany wants papers. I said that Finnish citizen going to Germany does not need any of those papers and then only thing She could say was: "but you had it anyway". |
All my ”olci not possible” or ”olci done but get the Bp at airport” cases have one same nominator: something has been changed in the booking, either myself or finnair. And with no reason, but just ending up ticket not being ”updated”. VERY annoying IT lapsus.

Wow, that must be beyond frustrating. I wonder if there's a backend issue with the seat map for a particular aircraft causing this. Either way it's something AY needs to get sorted ASAP.

Unable to Preorder Meal
If my flight is within 30 days, should I be able to view/preorder my meal? Due to my flights being marketed as AA, which is preventing me from entering API, could also be preventing me from preordering?

Just yesterday I couldn't get bp to BKK in the app, on tue website I had to upload my ThaiPass and after that got the electronic bp issued. PS - there's still issues with upgraded tix. I chatted with an agent about seats, he noticed "the upgrade went thru but the ticket hasn't been updated/reissued, whatever" Not the first time this happened |

Don't expect bugs in this area to get priority before attitude changes. |

I'm in a weird situation.. requested upgrades for HEL-ORD and ORD-HEL, both got waitlisted.
Now the app shows that HEL-ORD cleared and I have a business class seat, but browser-based manage booking still shows waitlist. On the browser-based booking page, I also lost my seat assignment in Y. The return flight ORD-HEL still shows as waitlisted on both the app and browser with the Y exit row seat showing in both. Bizarre. |
