Emirates postpones A380 Kuala Lumpur Service by one month to 1 Jan 2012 from 1 Dec 2012 and moves forward A380 Munich operation launch date to 25 Nov 2011

I think they are awaiting more A380 delivery. I think it should be wait for a while. Those 2 EK A380 will accept delivery sometime this month. Number#16 EK A380 will delivery on Friday Oct 14 and number#17 EK A380 will delivery on Thursday Oct 27. Others 2 more A380 should be coming sometime in fourth Quarter 2011.

Why would DL do that when EK will be DL/AF/KL biggest competitor from MSP in they opened MSP-DXB? The one thing EK lacks in MSP is feed. DL would then be handing the traffic to EK on a plate!

Also, EK#36 & #37 A380 will delivered in 2nd Quarters of 2013.

A6-EGH already painted and has completed her first test flight... Boeing are doing a real sound job with the production of the B77W.

That`s right; EK will soon get the A6-EGH.....and a few more will join the fleet: A6-EGI/EGJ/EGK/EGL and EGM.

A380 A6-EDP, a ULR frame will arrive on october 15th.
A380 A6-EDQ/EDR both LR frames will arrive till years end!

You can see four of EKs SJs at Airbus's Hamburg plant getting ready for delivery very soon. :)

Actually, EK#17 A380 A6-EDQ will delivered on Oct 27, 2011. Others 2 more A380 will delivered on November 2011. The first one is EK#18 A6-EDR will delivered on Nov. 25, 2011 and EK#19 A380 A6-EDS will delivered on Nov. 30, 2011. Oh, I forgot to tell you something and there is one more on December. There is number #20 A380 A6-EDT will delivered on December 16, 2011.

4th SIN flight just added...
 
4th SIN flight loaded into system, takes effect 03 November

EK354, departs DXB at 0325, arrives SIN 1445
EK355, departs SIN at 0200, arrives DXB 0510

This leaves 40 mins after EK405, so its cutting it close. At least this will lighten the premium loads somewhat.

That's 3 direct flights daily and one indirect (ie EK348/349) all on 777-300ER's

* Be warned, this aircraft has the old sleeperettes in J...not ideal at those flight times.

Isn't the inaugural for this flight (UAE354/355) on the 30th of October 2011?

You're absolutely right, but something is a bit whacky as 354/355 is not showing up in the system at all on the 1st or 2nd of November...but it does show as the 30th Oct.
