For those interested, EK will be operating the A388 into HAM on the 24th of Sept 2011 carrying call sign EK059.

Note: This is a onetime service.

Don`t you mean, EK will increase nonstop service from 28 to 33 weekly?
AFAIK, EK flyes daily:
EK 372, EK 374, EK 384 and EK 418

I do this sector in F pretty often every month & have never liked the timings of the current EK flights. Although the new flight's timings are much better but the Aircraft deployed by EK for this flight is dreadful for a flight which is indeed heavy on premium loads. Hopefully EK will upgrade this to a B777 soon once they see the loads for this flight. There is still a lot of potential on this route within DXB & HKG itself without taking into account the connecting traffic.

Does anyone know whats happenned to EK583 from Jan 2012 onwards? Can't seem to book that flight.

I think it's still there but with a new (2 hour earlier) departure time.

That 9.40 flight doesn't show up unless booking after 15th Feb 2012. It appears that they have moved the flight 2 hours later to 11.40. Any chance they will put it back or is there no hope?

Just only 1-time the A380 service to HAM? I wasn't sure about this one. When the A380 will accept delivered to EK sometime this month. I hear EK sixteen A380 is coming on Sept 16, 2011. The registration number is A6-EDP.

Not sure what your question is, but it's as per the Emirates Schedule and Booking agent.

Apparently EK is dropping A380 service to PVG and will run daily A380 service to HKG instead of 4 times per week (EK380 flight number incidentally ) starting november 1st !

Very interesting. I would have thought that PVG would be a strong port for EK.

Only if SIN had an A380. :)

Wow. I didn't see it yet. Why EK is dropping the A380 to PVG but, I do think where A380 will deployed service to JNB, MEL or SIN. I thinking A380 will planned service to GRU but, is that clearance approved from Brazil government?

This is strange as it's not long since Emirates777 reported it was planned PVG would increase to a daily A380 service.
