I wimped out on anything interesting and went for Breakfast for dinner...from scratch at least:

It's in my backyard, we had built a small planter, in which I am growing basil, greek oregano, rosemary, pomegranites, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes and roma tomatoes. My mint and thyme didn't make it :( |
