I use cans and boxes all the time. Zero guilt judgment etc.
it’s still way less bad than what restaurants use. I’ve lowered my organic obsession because of no more restaurants. I used to eschew produce if it wasn’t organic because it balanced with the conventional served at restaurants. Now I’ll buy the spray-bombed product of organic isn’t available because I’m still eating way less chemicals than before. |
Last night it was grilled lamb cutlets and grilled capsicums, followed by roasted apricots and pecorino with black truffle.

Pacific cod, zucchini, tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, shallots, basil and oregano cooked in parchment paper. (All veggies but the shallots and sun dried tomatoes were home grown.)
