I love Chicken Marbella but for some reason it is more of a winter dish to me. But you can't go wrong with Ottolenghi!

Do you take turns or spit up stuff? |

This doesn't sound like convenience to me but obviously YMMV.

No kidding. Seriously, gaobest, you need to add some variety and nutrition to your kid’s meals. Cheeseburgers, pizza and penne with parm seem to be the only things he will eat. I get that you want to let him choose what he eats but sometimes you have to insist on a bit of variety/healthier options. Some green leafy veg would be a start. |

I gave up...there are never any leafy green or rarely any veggies or salads or any fiber. I agree with you though...pasta or cheeseburgers have very little nutritional value. |
$hit, it seems than my brother and his family will stay for dinner tonight. Luckily, I did thaw some beef and chicken for fajitas as well as picked up another bag of flour tortillas yesterday as I know they won't eat corn ones, yey always ask for chips.
But tomorrow, I will smoke a pork butt. They aren't Muslim but they and those kids have some aversion to the hog. So Bougie. |
Home made meat lovers (pepperoni and hot Italian sausage) pan pizza on the grill for dinner last night. My best effort yet. Got the caramelization on the crust just right.
