Fairly decent chicken Bahn Mi sandwich as my AS 738 cruises slowly from RDU to SEA. I have a fruit and cheese plate for later too.

Home made Chicken Kiev, with Purple Sprouting Broccoli, followed by fresh pineapple and, if still hungry, Stilton.
