I had brisket, potato salad, charro beans, tostadas and chile con queso.

And I will probably have the same tonight, as there were tons of leftovers

:D

Depends on what they stock the 777 with. No time to get anything to eat before my connection.

Grilled cheese sandwich, potato chips, iced tea, and one Hershey kiss (tonight I decided on the red foil wrapped kiss)

Don't yet know what we're having tonight, but last night it was three-mushroom risotto with lump crabmeat. Plus asparagus, red bell pepper strips and mushrooms sauteed in oil and garlic as the side.

Tonight is $1.50 Polish Sausage night at my local Chicago-style hotdog place. Gonna grab a couple "Maxwell Street style" and watch MNF.

Roast pork stuffed with apricots, hazelnuts, and peppers, in an apricot brandy sauce (pre-prepared at a gourmet market nearby, all I do is pop it into the oven for 70 minutes at 350 degrees). Gewuertztraminer wine to go with this relatively sweet-tasting dish.

Grilled chicken breast over baby spinach with herbed goat cheese.

Oh, and just to see if I could do it, I made dinner rolls from scratch.

Several months ago I fired up the Weber and slow-smoked an enormous mess o' meat (pork ribs, pork loin, chicken, italian sausage) over hickory and basted with my own Kansas City-style barbecue sausage.

It was heaven tonight to be able to take a half-slab of ribs from the freezer and re-heat them. Very tasty and made the house smell great.
